The workplace culture was mostly exciting and energizing, as customers, supervisors, and the cashiers were vibrant and cheery, as was the atmosphere of the store. The management was okay, though most people there knew what they were doing and busy at it, so it wasn't needed most of the time. I learned to be friendly with people and prompt with my errands, as the cashier would need me back at the front to assist bagging since they often had a lot of groceries to ring up. Occasionally, someone will ask me to bring back a Reshop item or group of items back to their respective locations in the store. In a typical day, I would punch in to start my shift, and then promptly walk over to the highest-in-demand cashier and stand at the end of the conveyor belt to bag the groceries.
